Myotherapy & Recovery in Alabang
Myotherapy is hands-on, targeted muscle therapy — focused work on the specific muscles and connective tissue that are tight, overworked, or slow to recover. Where a spa massage relaxes everything a little, myotherapy addresses the exact spots that need it, with intent.
At P.Pilates Molito we offer myotherapy alongside our Pilates practice for a simple reason: movement and recovery belong together. Train well, recover well, move better — each one makes the others work harder for you.
Sessions are one-on-one in a private setting at our Molito studio in Ayala Alabang. Many clients pair a session with their weekly classes; others come purely for recovery from training, sport, or long desk weeks.

Who it’s for
- Pilates and gym regulars whose training has outpaced their recovery.
- Runners and athletes with persistent tight spots — calves, hips, shoulders.
- Desk workers carrying neck and shoulder tension that stretching alone doesn't shift.
- Anyone who wants recovery handled as thoughtfully as their training.
What to expect
- A short conversation about where you're tight and how you've been training.
- Focused, deliberate hands-on work — firm where useful, never endured.
- Guidance on what to do (and skip) in the day after a session.
- A body that feels noticeably less guarded on the way out.
Myotherapy has its own single-session and package pricing — see the Myotherapy tab on the pricing page. You don't need to be a Pilates member to book it.
Good questions
How is myotherapy different from a massage?
Intent and precision. A massage works broadly for relaxation; myotherapy assesses and targets the specific muscles that are restricting you — which is why it pairs so naturally with movement practice.
When's the best time — before or after class?
Most clients prefer after training or on a rest day, giving the tissue time to settle. If you're pairing it with a class on the same day, tell us when you book and we'll sequence it sensibly.
Do I need to be a member?
No — myotherapy is open to everyone. Plenty of clients start with recovery and find their way to the reformer later.
