Pilates for Beginners in Alabang

Everyone at our studio was a beginner once — including the teachers. So we've built the first steps to be genuinely gentle: classes capped at six, teachers who explain the equipment before asking anything of you, and zero expectation that you arrive flexible, fit, or fluent in Pilates vocabulary.

Start with Reformer Beginner or Tower Fundamentals — both assume nothing. Or take the quickest route to confidence: the Starter Package, one private session plus three group classes for ₱5,800, so a teacher can set your foundations one-on-one before you join the room.

Booking your first class takes about a minute, as a guest or with an account. On your first visit we lend you grip socks, walk you through the studio, and ask a couple of quick questions about injuries so your teacher can look after you from minute one.

Who it’s for

  • Absolute first-timers — most of our new clients have never done Pilates.
  • People coming back after years away, or after having a baby (tell us — we adapt).
  • The 'not flexible enough for Pilates' crowd: flexibility is an outcome here, not a requirement.
  • Anyone intimidated by big-box gym classes — six people is a very kind room.

What to expect

  • A quick safety check — injuries, conditions, anything your teacher should know.
  • Equipment explained from zero: springs, straps, carriage, all of it.
  • Modifications offered quietly, without making you the example.
  • Sore the next day in a satisfying way — mostly in muscles you forgot you had.

A single group class is ₱1,500 and packages bring the per-class rate down from there — but for true beginners the ₱5,800 Starter Package (one private + three group classes) is the smartest first purchase in the studio.

Good questions

Which exact class should I book first?

Reformer Beginner is the most popular first class — the machine supports you while you learn. Tower Fundamentals is equally welcoming if those times suit you better. Both are built for day one.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?

No. Pilates meets you exactly where you are — the springs can assist just as easily as they resist. Strength and flexibility are what you leave with, not what you bring.

What should I wear?

Fitted, comfortable activewear you can move in, plus grip socks — we'll lend you a pair on your first visit. Just bring water.
